Les Moulins Mahjoub Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from Chetoui olives grown in the Mejerda Valley of Northern Tunisia. In what is an ancient process, olives are crushed in small batches using granite millstones. The unfiltered oil that results from this process has notes of pickled vegetables and a peppery finish.

This Tunisian olive oil works wonderfully with all types of Mediterranean dishes. Drizzle it over pasta, crostini, and paninis. Or mix it with a sweet vinegar for a charcuterie board condiment.
